Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Subscription, Renewal, and Cancellation

LeakProtection subscriptions are auto-renewing on a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual cadence depending on the plan you chose. By subscribing, you authorize Deleak.co and Stripe to automatically charge the payment method on file at each renewal until you cancel.

You can cancel anytime through the subscription management portal at deleak.co/manage-subscription.html, where we email you a secure access link, or by emailing luciano@deleak.co. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and service continues until then.

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry for 7 days. If the payment remains unpaid after that retry period, the subscription may be paused until payment is restored.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the initial purchase date. After 30 days, payments for the current billing period are not refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time. If pricing changes, we will email you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the LeakProtection service operated by Deleak.co ("Service", "we", "us", "our"), including by submitting a Free Leak Scan request, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

LeakProtection is a content protection and revenue recovery service provided by Deleak.co. Our Service includes:

  • Free Leak Scan — an initial assessment of unauthorized distribution of your specified course or digital content across public and semi-public internet channels
  • Takedown Operations — upon subscribing to a paid plan, we act as your authorized agent to request removal of infringing content from search engines, file hosting platforms, warez sites, hosting providers, CDN services, and domain registrars
  • Continuous Monitoring — ongoing scanning and re-suppression of new infringing distributions as part of paid subscription plans

The Free Leak Scan is provided at no cost, with no obligation to purchase a paid plan.

3. Eligibility and Account

By using our Service, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are the rightful copyright owner of the course or digital content for which you are requesting the scan or protection service, or you are duly authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • The information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete

4. Authorized Agent Relationship

For paid subscribers who execute an authorization document, Deleak.co acts as your legally authorized agent for copyright enforcement purposes. All notices and takedown requests submitted on your behalf carry the same legal weight as if submitted by you directly, including the legal declarations required by applicable law (such as the DMCA in the United States or equivalent legislation in other jurisdictions).

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content for which you seek takedowns is material you lawfully own or control. Submitting false or misleading copyright claims through our Service is prohibited and may expose you to legal liability.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to:

  • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading takedown requests against content you do not own or control
  • Target content that does not infringe your intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm any individual or organization through abuse of the takedown process
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to our Service to any third party without our prior written consent

6. Paid Plans and Billing

Paid LeakProtection plans are offered on a subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual). The following terms apply:

  • Monthly plans renew automatically each month unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Quarterly and Semi-Annual plans renew automatically at their stated cadence unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • All prices are stated in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes.
  • Initial purchases are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, current billing periods are not refundable, but future renewals can be canceled at any time.

7. No Guarantee of Results

While we employ proven techniques and a multi-layer enforcement approach, we cannot and do not guarantee:

  • The complete removal of all infringing content from every platform or jurisdiction
  • That infringing content will not be re-uploaded or redistributed after removal
  • Specific timeframes for compliance from third-party platforms, which are outside our control
  • That all infringing sources will be discovered in a given scan

Our commitment is to apply maximum effort across all available enforcement channels and to pursue suppression continuously within your subscription period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, technology, and materials on the Deleak.co website and Service are the property of Deleak.co and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Deleak.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deleak.co, its operators, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of inaccurate or fraudulent information.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as agreed by both parties.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
